“I accuse the Western media, first of all the Americans, not only of spreading falsifications and disinformation, but also of complicity in the crime in the city of Bucha,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
In addition, Zakharova said that Russian troops are doing everything possible to avoid casualties among the civilian population in Ukraine.
