On April 5, the European Union will discuss the new package of sanctions against Russia, Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy reported.
"Today we intend to approve a new package of sanctions, but we are still discussing what to do with the energy sector," said the head of European diplomacy.
