On April 2, a group of representatives of the Artsakh Republic executive and legislative powers attended the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and paid tribute to the memory of heroes perished during the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) in April of 2016.
The officials also visited the pantheon of the devotees, perished for the defense of the Homeland and laid flowers at their graves on behalf of the Artsakh authorities.
