Ukraine and Russia have announced that both sides could hold a high-level meeting in a week or two, said Turkey’s foreign minister on Thursday.
Mevlut Cavusoglu told that Turkey would like to host the meeting at the level of foreign ministers or heads of state.
In a breakthrough, Russian and Ukrainian delegations met for peace talks in Istanbul on Tuesday as the war entered its second month with casualties piling up on both sides.
