Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu attended the interview at the Doha Forum held in Doha, the capital of Qatar. In his speech, Minister Çavuşoğlu said, “Russia and Ukraine are two important partners for us. These attacks must be stopped,” he said.
When asked about the S-400s that Turkey bought from Russia, Minister Çavuşoğlu said, “Turkey has bought the S-400s. We have heard various stories about Turkey giving the S-400 to Ukraine, but this issue is definitely not on the table. We have no intention of giving the S-400s to Ukraine. We did not evaluate such a thing,” he said.
