Artsakh’s (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Ministry has refuted the statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about alleged subversive actions by the Defense Army.
The Ministry said “it is an absolute lie,” which pursues a primitive goal of concealing its own provocations.
