Europe does not want a bigger conflict, but wants to put all the pressure on Russia to pay for its actions, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated.
“We support Ukraine without escalating tensions. We do not want a bigger conflict, but at the same time we want to put all the pressure on Russia to pay for its actions,” Borrell said, referring to the situation in Ukraine.
