We do not solve territorial problems in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), we are talking about the rights of peoples, Vladimir Vardanyan, Chairman of the State and Legal Affairs Committee stated during Parliament briefings.
Speaking about the issue of stopping the gas supply in Artsakh with Azerbaijani intervention, Vardanyan noted that the Armenian Government and the parliamentary diplomacy have made every effort to inform the international partners about the situation and to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
“The behavior, the toolkit that Azerbaijan is using today, strengthens our position in the UN International Court of Justice in connection with serious violations of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, it also makes more visible that the problem in Artsakh is existential,” said Vladimir Vardanyan.
