Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree on appointing Tigran Mkrtchyan as the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Albania.
“Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, jointly appoint Tigran Mkrtchyan, the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Greece as the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Albania (residence in Athens)”, the decree mentions.
