The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe today decided to suspend all relations with Belarus “as a result of the country’s active participation in the Russian-Ukrainian crisis”. This decision concerns all meetings and activities of the Organisation as well as the participation of Belarus in the partial agreements of the Council of Europe, including the Venice Commission.
