During the 44-day war, Azerbaijan occupied half of the village. What it left, should be kept, the residents say. And despite the fact that no significant violations of the ceasefire regime have been registered during the recent day, Artsakh continues to remain without gas.
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia has sent a message to international organizations and diplomatic missions, calling for a clear response to Azerbaijan's criminal behavior.
"People are deprived of basic living conditions, it is impossible to exercise the right to health care and education," says the Armenian Ombudswoman. At the same time, the civilian population is being targeted.

All this is aimed at maintaining an atmosphere of fear and intimidation among the people living in Artsakh, with the aim of evicting Armenians and ethnic cleansing of Artsakh from its native Armenians.
In parallel, the enemy continues to spread disinformation. The Artsakh Security Council is convinced this is done to cause panic among the population.
