Today, Ambassador Sos Avetisyan met with Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares, Armenia’s Embassy to Spain reports.
Ambassador Avetisyan briefed the Spanish Foreign Minister on the humanitarian situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), drew the latter's attention to the attempts of the Azerbaijani side to exert psychological pressure on the civilian population in Artsakh, and to create artificial problems in the restoration of vital infrastructure.
During the meeting, the interlocutors also referred to the issues of the regional and international agenda.
