The Russian and Ukrainian negotiators started discussing specific topics, not exchanging ultimatums, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated, expressing readiness to negotiate with Russia.
“I have offered the Israeli Prime Minister to hold talks with Russia in Jerusalem. Israel can be one of the guarantors of security,” he said.
Zelensky stressed that he sees no courage of NATO members to unite for the sake of Ukraine.
He referred to the losses of the Ukrainian side during the special military operation of Russia. According to Zelensky, several small towns in Ukraine no longer exist.
“About 1,300 soldiers died in our country. We have a front everywhere, a difficult situation everywhere,” Zelensky said, adding that Ukraine needs air defense systems and Kyiv is ready to buy them, even on credit.
