Russian sanctions lists against the United States are ready and will soon be made public, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said in an interview with Channel One.
"The lists are ready, we are working on it. This is by and large part of the daily work. They will be made public soon," he said.
According to him, the West has declared an economic war on Russia. “Western sanctions are not related to a special military operation, they would find other opportunities to implement their optional programs,” Ryabkov said.
He also said that Russia and the United States do not hold talks or consultations on Ukraine. According to the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Moscow has always stressed that it will not make unilateral concessions on strategic stability, but the United States has not heard that.
Referring to Russia's proposals to the United States and NATO on security guarantees, Ryabkov said that they are no longer urgent, the situation has completely changed. At the same time, Russia is ready to resume dialogue on strategic stability with the United States, said the Deputy Foreign Minister.
