Armenia can apply to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs on initiating peaceful negotiations with Azerbaijan in near future. Vahan Hunanyan, the Press Secretary of the Armenian Foreign Minister informed during the conversation with “Lurer”.
To the question whether steps are initiated to sign a peaceful agreement with Azerbaijan, the Press Secretary answered:
“The signing of the agreement, of course, should be preceded by the negotiation process on this topic, and since the mutual statements have not yet turned into a concrete negotiation process, because the two countries do not have a rich experience of direct negotiations, Armenia will turn to the mediators in the near future (OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs) on initiating peace talks with Azerbaijan.
