Tigran Mkrtchyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Greece visited the Armenian schools in Athens on March 9.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan discussed issues related to school activities with the schools’ directorate, teaching staff, got acquainted with the possibilities, conditions of the schools.
The Ambassador thanked the schools’ directorate, the teaching staff, students and stressed the important role of the Armenian schools in preserving the Armenian identity and expressed readiness to make such meetings and contacts with the staff and students of Armenian schools continuous, including in the territory of the Armenian Embassy in Athens.
