Ebrahim Raisi, the President of Iran congratulated Vahagn Khachaturyan on being elected as the Armenian President.
In the congratulatory message, Raisi qualified the historical and cultural ties between the two nations to be “strong and solid foundation” in expanding and developing the bilateral relations in the context of strengthening security, stability and peace in the region.
