Kyiv always performs with proposals to hold direct negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, currently, the foreign ministers discuss the issue. Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of Russia’s President reported talking about the trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine and Turkey.
Referring to the law signed by Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which allows all the Ukrainians to use weapons in the military conditions, Peskov mentioned that all those who attack the Russian servicemen will be targeted.
