The issue of possible transfer of Soviet-made fighter jets from Poland to Ukraine has not been resolved, White House Spokeswoman Jen Psaki states, claiming that the record-breaking rise in gasoline prices in the United States is due to Russia's actions, not to the anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the Washington administration, led by Joe Biden.
“The United States does not intend to back down on calls to establish a 'restricted no-fly zone' in Ukraine. It would mean a war with Russia. A number of world leaders have expressed readiness to cooperate with Russia and Ukraine to defuse the situation. The United States welcomes that,” Psaki says.
