Russia declares a ‘regime of silence’ on March 9, from 10:00 local time, it is ready to provide humanitarian corridors in a number of directions in Ukraine.
Russia is ready to provide humanitarian corridors from Kyiv and the settlements adjacent to Kyiv, via Belarus to Russia, to the south, on the route agreed with the Ukrainian side, from Chernigov through Belarus to Russia, two routes from Sumy to Poltava and Belgorod, then by air, railway and by road to selected destinations or temporary locations; Russian territory from Kharkov, from Mariupol with two routes to the Russian territory: Rostov-on-Don and Zaporozhye.
The Ukrainian side will be offered to agree on the above-mentioned routes of the humanitarian corridors by March 9, 03:00 Moscow time, the time of evacuation of the residents, to inform the UN, OSCE, ICRC about the forthcoming humanitarian operation.
