Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine wants direct talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“We have long wanted a direct conversation between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, because we all understand that he is the one who makes the final decisions, especially now. Our President is not afraid of anything, including a direct meeting with Putin,” he said.
