A powerful explosion rocked the Lugansk city on Monday morning, Interfax correspondent reports.
"Ukrainian armed forces have struck the Lugansk oil depot, possibly from Point U (Точка У)," wrote Rodion Miroshnik, an adviser to the Lugansk governor, on the Telegram channel.
Later, the correspondent of "Russia-24" TV channel reported that there was a "series of powerful explosions" in the oil depot.
The LPR representation in the Joint Ceasefire Control and Coordination Center confirmed the shelling of Lugansk by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Точка У tactical missile system.
