Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Western leaders for failing to respond to Russia's warning about possible strikes on Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities.
"Russia has officially announced for tomorrow that it will fire on our territory, the enterprises of the defense complex. I have not heard any response from any world leader or Western politician today," he said.
