In the negotiations on the situation between Russia and Ukraine, the members of the delegations will not publish the proposed terms until the "common positions" are agreed. According to Interfax, this was stated by Mikhail Podolyak, Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine.
"The negotiation process is going on, it is very difficult. There are many options for both. We have agreed not to speak about them until the positions are agreed," Podolyak said, adding that the approach would help avoid public pressure.
The first two rounds of talks between Russia and Ukraine took place on February 28 and March 3, and the third is expected on March 7.
