Russia has fixed the presence of militants from the Middle East and some European countries in Ukraine who use ‘jihad-mobiles’, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“We are witnessing the presence of militants from the Middle East and some European countries. We hear their speech on the air. They use so-called ‘jihad-mobiles’. They drive car bombs on the troops. But they do not succeed, and they will not succeed. Who are they, if not neo-Nazis?” Putin said.
