This region should become a platform for cooperation, Armenia’s presidential candidate Vahagn Khachaturyan stated at the Parliament of Armenia.
"Saying the region, I mean all the countries with which we are neighbors. We must establish good-neighborly relations and ensure the development of Armenia in that logic. We have no other way, we should not think that someone should come, help us, get us out of these difficulties. We have neighbors, we must be able to live in peace with them,” Khachaturyan said.
According to Khachaturyan, talking and negotiating is a better way than arguing with someone, showing strength.
“We can show strength with intelligence, knowledge, technological achievements, by which we can become a leading country in the region,” Khachaturyan said.
