Presidents of Azerbaijan and France Ilham Aliyev and Emmanuel Macron discussed during telephone conversation the situation in Ukraine and issues on providing humanitarian assistance to that country.
“On March 1, President of France Emmanuel Macron called Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. During the conversation, the crisis situation in Ukraine and issues on providing humanitarian assistance to it were discussed,” TASS quoted the statement issued by the press service of the Azerbaijani president.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on energy issues.
