Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said he is ready to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Referring to the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict, Zelensky presented his conditions for returning to the talks. According to RIA Novosti, the President of Ukraine noted that a complete ceasefire is needed to return to the negotiating table with Moscow.
It should be reminded that the first meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations took place in Belarus on Monday. The second round of Russian-Ukrainian talks, according to the preliminary agreement, may take place on March 2.
