The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky urged to consider the possibility of completely closing the airspace for Russian missiles, planes and helicopters, banning Russia’s entry to ports and airports around the world, BBC reports.
Speaking about the talks with Russia, Zelensky noted that Ukraine does not have the necessary result yet.
According to him, Russia has voiced its position, and Ukraine, in turn, has set conditions for ending battles. The President of Ukraine delivered a new video message on Monday evening.
Zelensky said that the Russian Armed Forces bombed Kharkov, targeting the population. The Russian Defense Ministry has repeatedly stated that it does not target civilians during a special military operation.
