On February 27, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the creation of the International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine, news.liga reports.
“Anyone who wants to join the defense of Europe and world security can come and stand by the Ukrainians against the invaders of the 21st century,” Zelensky said.
Today, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba clarified that all foreigners who want to join the International Legion of Territorial Defense can apply to the Ukrainian diplomatic missions in their countries.
