Negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Belarus continue.
"The third round of talks will begin in a few minutes," said Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian president's office and a member of the Ukrainian delegation.
Earlier, rumors were spread that the negotiations were over, which was denied. The negotiators just had a break.
