Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will start in Belarus soon.
The Ukrainian delegation arrived at the venue of the talks. According to the Ukrainian presidential office, the Ukrainian delegation includes Defense Minister Oleksy Reznikov, ‘People's Servant’ parliamentary faction leader David Arakhamia and Deputy Foreign Minister Nikolai Tochitsky.
Earlier it was announced that the Russian delegation is headed by Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky. The delegation includes Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, and the head of the State Duma Committee on Foreign Affairs Leonid Slutsky.
