Russia has guaranteed the security of the Ukrainian delegation, which will arrive in Gomel for talks. Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinksy announced this.
According to him, the Russian delegation in Gomel will wait for the Ukrainian side's response to the talks until 16:00.
Earlier, the Spokesman for the Russian President said that a Russian delegation consisting of representatives of the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Defense, the presidential administration and other departments had arrived in Belarus for talks with the Ukrainians.
