“Ukraine refused to negotiate, because the terms that the Russian side passed us through mediators do not satisfy us. This was an attempt to force us to capitulate. We made it clear to them that a possible peace agreement was possible on the terms of Kyiv, not Moscow,” Strana.ua quoted Arestovich as saying.
