In a speech on the evening of February 26, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the results of talks between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
The message was published on the Facebook page of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
“Ilham Aliyev and President Erdogan offered to organize talks with Russia. It can only be welcomed,” Zelensky said.
