Germany’s former Chancellor Angela Merkel commented on the situation in Ukraine, calling it “a turning point in Europe’s history after the end of the Cold war”.
Angela Merkel reported that she follows the developments in Ukraine with deep concern and expressed full support to the efforts of the Government of Germany, European Union, the USA and G7 partners directed to the rapid end of the war.
