Russia is ready to send a delegation to Minsk to negotiate with Ukraine at the level of representatives of defense, foreign affairs and the presidential staff, Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President reported.
“President Zelenskyy reported about the readiness to discuss Ukraine’s neutral status. From the beginning, the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the goal of the military operation is to help Donetsk and Lugansk, also through demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine. In essence, it is the integral part of neutral status”, Peskov mentioned.
