The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine spread an announcement, where it is mentioned that the Russian Armed Forces continue to move in the direction of Kyiv.
The Ministry warned about the heavy equipment in Kyiv and asked the citizens to report data on its movement.
“Make “Molotov cocktails”, neutralize the invaders. The peaceful residents must be careful and not leave their homes”, the message says.
