Ramzan Kadyrov, the Leader of Chechnya advised Volodymyr Zelenskyy to call the Russian President Vladimir Putin as soon as possible and apologize.
Kadyrov made the announcement in Grozny at the gathering of more than 10.000 law enforcement officers.
“Taking the opportunity, I want to advise the current President Zelenskyy until he is the former President of Ukraine, to call our President, Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and apologize”, Kadyrov said.
