Russian President Vladimir Putin referred to the special operation activity in Ukraine.
According to him, what is happening, is a forced step.
“They did not leave any opportunity for us to act differently. They have created such risks of security that it was not possible to react any other way. All the attempts gave zero results”, the Russian President mentioned, adding that it was not possible to move forward for even one millimeter on any issue.
