The search for the bodies (relics) of servicemen and civilians considered missing during the 2020 battles was carried out today by a rescue detachment in the territories occupied by Azerbaijan in the Martuni region.
Rescuers found and evacuated the body of another Armenian serviceman (reservist participating in battles, volunteer).
His identity will be confirmed after a forensic examination.
Since November 13, 2020, as a result of search operations and the exchange of bodies with the Azerbaijani side, a total of 1711 bodies have been confirmed.
The State Service of Emergency Situations will provide additional information on the results of the forthcoming search activities.
