The issue of the borders of the DPR and LPR will be discussed after the ratification of the friendship agreements between Russia and the Donbass republics. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this.
According to her, the decision to recognize the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk was not an emotional step.
“It was not the last straw. There are no emotions here. Our country has been engaged in the diplomatic settlement of the issue for more than seven years. What kind of feelings can we talk about?” Zakharova said.
