On February 18, at around 5:00 pm, the Azerbaijani armed forces from the position near Taghavard community of the Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh) targeted and fired at the houses of the community, as a result of which the bullets damaged the outer walls of the houses. One of the bullets hit the window of one of the residents' apartment and penetrated inside.
As reported by the Artsakh Republic Prosecutor's Office, immediately after the incident, the officers of the investigation body went to Taghavard community to document the consequences of the crime and fix the evidence.
The Prosecutor's office informed the prosecutor involved in the Russian peacekeeping force in Artsakh about the incident, as well as delivered him the preliminary evidence of the incident.
