On 19 February, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic David Babayan delivered a lecture for the students of the History and Caucasus Studies Departments of Yerevan State University (YSU).
The Minister touched upon the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, regional developments, Artsakh's foreign policy, the state-building process, intra-Armenian relations, and various other issues.
The Foreign Minister of Artsakh considered it imperative to self-organize after the war, to face the current and future challenges, highlighting especially the role of scientific potential in recording achievements in the strategic spheres of the state, and in ensuring the viability of the state.
David Babayan emphasized the activation of scientific cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh, emphasizing the need for the development of Artsakh studies in the leading universities of Armenia.
The Artsakh Foreign Minister answered the students' questions and gave clarifications.
The Permanent Representative of Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia Sergey Ghazaryan and other officials took part in the meeting.
