Finland decided to offer a platform for the negotiations between the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
“If they ask Finland to provide a place for the Lavrov-Blinken meeting, Finland is ready”, said the leader of the state.
