In October of last year, the construction of apartment buildings in the Ajapnyak district of Stepanakert, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) started.
Currently, the construction of 12 buildings is underway intensively, and the construction of another three will start soon. According to the project, all the buildings will be four-storey, consisting of 16 apartments each.
A total of 240 apartments will be put into operation, 40 two-room apartments, 120 three-room apartments and 80 four-room apartments.
Currently, foundations are being constructed, in particular, basement walls and roofs.
The construction of the district is carried out funded by ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.
