The Parliament of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) adopted at the first reading the package of draft laws ‘On the Occupied Territories of the Artsakh Republic’ and ‘On Making Amendments to the Civil Code’. It clarifies the legal status of the territories occupied by Azerbaijan following the 2020 military aggression and the special legal regime applicable to them.
