From February 7 to 13, 2022, 657 calls were registered at the 911 Call Center of the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The number of fires has increased significantly this week: firefighters made 10 exits during the week, 2 of which were in residential buildings, 2 in transport, 4 in landfills and 4 in dry grassy areas.
One of the fires was registered on February 12, at 14:16 in one of the houses of Khndzristan community. In order to provide assistance to the population and to carry out firefighting works, 2 fire and rescue fire brigades of the Askeran region emergency department immediately went to the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire.
During the mentioned period, the search for the bodies (relics) of the servicemen who were considered missing during the battles, as well as of the civilians, continued.
As a result of the search carried out by the rescue detachments in the Martuni region of Artsakh, they found and evacuated one body. His identity will be confirmed after a forensic examination.
Thus, after the ceasefire, from November 13, 2020 until today, as a result of searches carried out in the occupied territories of Artsakh and the exchange of bodies with the Azerbaijani side, a total of 1710 bodies were confirmed.
In order to find and destroy ammunition of different types and calibers, sapper groups, together with partner organizations, carried out reconnaissance and preventive work on a daily basis in all regions of the country.
In total, 45 explosives, 59 rocket-propelled grenades, 6 grenade launchers, 60 projectiles, 1 rocket and 26 grenade launchers were found this week in Askeran, Martuni and Martakert regions.
During the mentioned period 28 calls of man-made nature, 35 calls of social-domestic nature were registered. The rescuers opened 10 doors and 2 elevators, transported 9 citizens with health problems, as well as responded to another 14 calls of other nature.
During the week, 3 traffic accidents were registered, 2 of which in Stepanakert, 1 in Martuni. The rescuers of the State Service of Emergency Situations responded in time, in all cases, provided the necessary assistance to the population.
