The presentation of the book by Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Foreign Minister David Babayan took place at the National Academy of Sciences.
The book called ‘Azerbaijan Ethno-National Policy and the Response of National Minorities’ consists of two parts. Babayan said that the book presents the history and policies of the national minorities of Azerbaijan, and then answered the questions of those present.
“Azerbaijani studies should be one of the most important directions, because we, after all, have a special relationship with that country. That is why we need to study well. They have made Armenology one of their most strategic directions. We must do the same to keep that potential,” said David Babayan.
