Rasht-Astara railway, a part of the North-South corridor will be built with the funding of Russia. The Iranian railway company reported.
“It was decided before that Azerbaijan must invest 500 million dollars, but because of the sanctions it was not possible, now Russia expressed readiness to fund the project”.
